Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but will gladly exchange your damaged item for the exact same product.

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at soartdesignzandprints@gmail.com. You must attach a photo of the damaged item. Once we've reviewed your item, we’ll process your exchange within 3-5 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
